WHAT IS ART THERAPY?
Art therapy is about using art materials as well as words to come to a deeper understanding of issues and of yourself. I will fully support you to explore yourself through the art materials. We might start with your mental images, or working with postcards or collage materials before moving on to making marks on paper with pencils, pastels or paint. This can allow new perspectives, possibilities and energy to emerge.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Anyone who would like to explore their creativity and improve their quality of life.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS?
‘Draw Out The Real You’ personal development art therapy workshops are held quarterly. I also run a series of three workshops. If you would like to explore further, I offer individual art therapy which can be time limited or open ended.
HOW WILL I FEEL AFTERWARDS?
Often people say they feel calm or relieved and have more energy.
