Charlie Barker is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and has been operating sessions in Hartpury and Cheltenham for three years.

Charlie specialises in fitness recovery, building balance, core flexibility, and weight reduction. His programmes are designed to deliver a noticeable, identifiable improvement in well being over a relatively short number of sessions.

Prior to your first session, you will need to complete and return this form



Fridays 10 am, 11 am, 2pm and 3pm
Thursday mornings (when Fridays full) at 10am and 11 am

One person £30 (45 mins)
Two people £50 (45 mins)
Three – five people £60 (45 mins)
